AFC Announces The Addition of Rewind Slitting Capabilities

Lake In The Hills, IL –– January 18, 2005--Advanced Flexible Composites, Inc. (AFC) is pleased to announce the addition of a new 62” Stanford Model 1038 rewind slitter. The new slitting capabilities will support AFC’s DuraStick® pressure sensitive adhesive tapes and DuraFab® PTFE coated fabric product lines. AFC is a worldwide leader in the manufacturing and engineering of PTFE and silicone coated fabrics and pressure sensitive tapes for use in the aerospace, flexible packaging, screen printing, textile, polymer manufacturing, food processing, chemical, electronics and pulp and paper industries. The new state of the art rewind slitter line has a 62” web and capabilities to slit rolls from 1” and up.
