AFC Further Solidifies its Executive Management Team with the
Addition of Bud Terpstra

Lake In The Hills, IL – March 11, 2005 – Advanced Flexible Composites, Inc. (AFC) announced the addition of Bud Terpstra to its Executive Team as V.P. of Engineering. Bud’s extensive experience in applying drying and curing of fluoropolymers, thermoplastics, elastomers and pressure sensitive adhesives will provide AFC with an invaluable resource for product development, process improvements and capability enhancements. Bud will work out of AFC’s world headquarters in Lake In The Hills, IL.

Bill Lewis, President of AFC commented, “The addition of Bud further solidifies our management team. Bud is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago . Prior to joining AFC he worked for Glenro, Incorporated for 24 years in various capacities. His past position with Glenro was as the Midwest States Sales-Engineer. Bud recently relocated from Indiana to Crystal Lake , IL with his wife Judi.
