AFC Announces The Addition of Robert Ward as Chief Financial Officer/CFO

Lake In The Hills, IL – July 21, 2006 – Advanced Flexible Composites, Inc. (AFC) announced the addition of Bob Ward as Chief Financial Officer. Bob will be responsible for AFC’s financial planning, record keeping, information systems as well as being a member of the executive committee. Prior to joining AFC Bob was a CFO for a transmission re-manufacturing company in Mundelien, IL. Bob will work out of AFC’s world headquarters in Lake In The Hills, IL.

Bill Lewis, President of AFC commented, “The addition of Bob further solidifies our management team. Bob is a CPA with more than 20 years experience. He has extensive knowledge in financial planning, auditing, information systems and management in a manufacturing atmosphere. This expertise will be valuable as AFC expands and further develops our businesses here in the USA and abroad”.

Bob is a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, OH. He is originally from Cleveland, OH and now resides in Lake In The Hills, IL with his wife Janice.
