Illinois Issues Stay-At-Home Order

March 20th, 2020- Lake in the Hills, IL- The state of Illinois is issuing a stay-at-home order effective March 21st through May 31st (revised; date extended on April 23rd) to combat the spread of COVID-19. Only “essential businesses” will operate during this period.

AFC is considered an “essential business” as it supports the supply chain and movement of critical goods. Specifically, AFC's materials are used to manufacture vital products in the medical, food production, food packaging, tissue, military and aerospace industries. We have taken proactive measures to transition non-essential staff offsite and protect our production staff. Our business hours and production capabilities will not change during the order.

The majority of AFC customers also fall into this category. However, if you anticipate a closure or any change in ability to accept shipments, please contact your Territory Sales Manager or Customer Service for assistance.
